Role Description The Verification Specialist I completes calls with applicants and dealers to verify accuracy and completeness of information received to proceed with the financing process and to ensure that all information is correct to prevent disputes, defaulted payments, and risk-related activity. They must identify and report potential issues that arise during the verification process, assisting dealers and customers on how to resolve verification issues. Pay Range: USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr. - Verify customer’s loan information via inbound and outbound calls, including validating identity, social security number, address, employment information, and project completion. - Recognize unusual scenarios and information and inquire further using critical thinking and active listening skills. - Accurately enter new or updated information received during verification calls in all operating system(s). - Document notes properly in all required areas per company processes and procedures. - Proficiently relay information to customers relating to interest, statements, and other account questions. - Identify, report, and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management. - Handle inbound and outbound dealer calls regarding verification dispute issues that may include loan terms, documents, project completion, or inability to contact applicants prior to loan funding. - Review loan processing status and documentation to ensure customer calls are accurately handled and routed to the appropriate department. - Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of FFC's policies and procedures regarding the verification process. - Other duties as assigned by management. Role Description The expectations of this role are to respond to customer service inquiries to troubleshoot problems, provide requested information, and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services. Role Description The Legal Analyst I provides critical operational and administrative support to the Legal department. This role is responsible for monitoring and tracking the lifecycle of legal requests and matters, maintaining internal data and administrative organization, and assisting with contract management, document production, and workflow maintenance. Role Description The Dealer Success Manager works closely with field sales reps to grow the dealer base and funding volume, acting as the main point of internal contact for potential and existing dealers through the onboarding process, selling them on program features and benefits. This role provides full-service support to all dealer-facing operations areas. Sales Support Representative I Duties: The Sales Support Representative will provide aid and support to assigned dealers, working to identify areas of potential growth. This role is responsible for assisting the existing dealers through the onboarding process, educating and encouraging participation in program features and benefits, and engaging in needed training and dealer development activities. They will assist senior representatives to complete tasks required to fulfill dealer requests and needs. Pay Range USD $26.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Work with assigned existing dealers and key strategic partner accounts to increase program usage by promoting our platforms, conducting training, handling issue resolution, and assisting dealers through each step of the financing process. - Support senior representative’s objectives, including but not limited to email follow-ups, new dealer introductions, training and customer application support. - Provide effective and timely dealer and internal service by working daily in email queues, Teams/priority Teams chats, and by answering inbounds across each of the inbound campaigns. - Correspond with dealers, field sales team, internal departments, and management regarding escalated dealer situations, working towards conflict resolutions. - Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them in a timely manner (45 day no-call, Owner Calls, etc.) - Gain knowledge on Dealer Portal to assist in real time issues along with dealer needed items. - Contribute to a cross departmental collaborative atmosphere to resolve issues/complaints and help improve processes. - Document notes properly in all required areas per company processes and procedures. - Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively. Minimum Qualifications: - Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing or related field. - 2 years’ marketing or sales experience, preferably in the consumer finance industry OR combination of education and experience. - Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email. - Strong typing skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer). - Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service Specialist I Description & Duties: The expectations of this role are to respond to customer service inquiries to troubleshoot problems, provide requested information, and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services. Pay Range USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Handles incoming calls regarding customer account questions and performs callbacks on accounts as required. - Processes routine over the phone payments for customers. - Advises customers on available resources, including, but not limited to, use of online portal, IVR, or other methods. - Proficiently relay information to customers relating to interest, statements, and other account questions. - Recognizes delinquent, or potentially delinquent, accounts and directs calls to the proper areas for assistance. Utilize company resources to achieve one-call resolutions - Assists with other department administrative tasks that may include working reports, emails, and/or in office tasks. - Supports new hire training efforts by training and shadowing with employees, providing reports on progress to Management. - Other duties as assigned by management.
