• Help to identify product improvement opportunities by capturing customer feedback to collaborate with different teams to drive potential change. • Provide daily support to members who need assistance with their online subscription • Gather the customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the issue. • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates. • Effectively share best practices and experiences with colleagues. • Keep accurate records of subscribers’ service by utilizing software systems. • Accurately input customer payments and other information such as vacation stops, change of address, digital and print subscription starts. • Help subscribers maximize the benefits of their membership and demonstrate the value of the FCC sites by matching interests and requirements to content, tools, and features. • Handle phone inquiries and address complaints from company stakeholders in a pleasant, polite, and efficient manner. • Maintain confidentiality of members and adhere to PCI compliance practices. • Assist members in troubleshooting access difficulties to our online platform. • Daily computer processing and other duties as assigned.

• Develop, execute, and continuously refine comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive sustained revenue growth within the commercial printing division. • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and performance management to Sales and Customer Service Representative (CSR) teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. • Direct all aspects of sales team staffing, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives; conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans to elevate individual and team effectiveness. • Design and optimize the sales organizational structure, including territory alignment, account assignments, quota setting, and performance benchmarks to maximize market coverage and efficiency. • Establish ambitious yet attainable sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively monitor progress to ensure consistent achievement or overachievement of revenue goals. • Develop and implement incentive programs, commission structures, and recognition initiatives that motivate Account Executives and drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. • Analyze market conditions, industry trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and high-value prospects to support retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, operations, and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and capabilities. • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids, providing guidance and support to ensure effectiveness and consistency in messaging. • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership, using data to drive informed business decisions. • Manage and administer the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and support company priorities. • Stay informed on advancements in commercial printing technologies, services, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

• Assist in the production of live sports broadcasts, including setup, camera operation, switching, and graphics integration. • Edit highlight packages, feature stories, and social-media-friendly clips for digital platforms. • Produce engaging sports stories and features that resonate with local and regional audiences. • Assist sales team in developing, closing, and fulfilling sales opportunities surrounding game and shoulder content. • Develop videos optimized for social media, web, and mobile consumption. • Coordinate with freelance videographers, photographers, and other content creators in Iowa to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery. • Work closely with the teams on special initiatives, promotional content, and other multimedia projects as needed. • Ensure equipment is ready for live and recorded productions, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain organized media archives. • Assist colleagues across the FCC network on video production and content projects when needed.
