Role Description We are seeking a 1099 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high quality, evidence-based therapy and medication management. Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are expected to be available to provide a minimum of 5 hours per week after school hours Monday to Friday. Weekends are optional. The incumbent reports directly to the Medical Director who will also assign projects and provide general direction and guidance. The candidate is expected to perform duties with minimal supervision. - Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care. - Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with Fort Health’s network of licensed therapists. - Adhere to Fort Health’s platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training. - Provide unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform. - Provide software and operational feedback to Fort Health’s in-house engineering and operational teams to improve products, workflows, and care delivery. - Implement medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, therapists, along with outside providers. - Ability to message between sessions to support patients and communicate with other internal providers. - Engage and collaborate in clinical meetings, supervision, and team meetings as appropriate.
