• Build Power BI reports and dashboards - this is the core of the role. You'll deliver polished, interactive analytics solutions that stakeholders actually use to make decisions • Design and maintain performant semantic models that serve as the analytical backbone for client organizations • Write and optimize SQL as a core part of your daily work - querying Snowflake, shaping data, and troubleshooting performance issues • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, scalable reporting solutions • Own data quality from source to visualization - you don't just consume data, you make sure it's right • Set the architecture for the reporting layer - data modeling patterns, security design, deployment strategy, and version control - so the solutions you deliver hold up over time • Work closely with data engineers on pipeline and warehouse design, ensuring that what's built upstream serves the reporting layer effectively • Stay sharp on Power BI releases and bring new capabilities into client work before they become mainstream

• Design and build data pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve data reliably - in Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or both depending on the engagement • Architect data storage solutions - lakehouses, warehouses, schemas - that balance performance, cost, and maintainability • Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring to catch problems before they reach reporting layers • Collaborate with Power BI developers and analysts to ensure semantic models have the clean, well-structured data they need • Write production-grade SQL for transformations, stored procedures, and performance-critical workloads • Design and maintain version-controlled, CI/CD-enabled data workflows • Contribute to solution design conversations - you'll have a voice in how we approach client problems end-to-end • Work directly with clients to understand their data landscape and propose engineering strategies that fit

• Design social media banners, one-pagers, and flyers in Figma based on existing brand templates. • Create professional, on-brand executive presentations in PowerPoint from technical, content-heavy slides. • Format case studies and commercial offers in Word to ensure a crisp and consistent visual standard. • Write engaging LinkedIn posts and social media copy in American business English. • Draft blog articles based on technical briefs provided by subject matter experts. • Upload and format blog articles in WordPress, ensuring correct layout, tagging, and basic SEO practices. • Build and update simple landing pages using the existing WordPress theme and page builder. • Work closely with the Marketing Lead and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency. • Maintain high quality and consistency across all marketing materials and channels. • Support campaign execution with fast, reliable delivery of visual and written assets.

• Analyze complex datasets and transform them into insightful, visually compelling Power BI reports and dashboards. • Design and build performant semantic models in Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data accuracy and optimal query performance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable solutions. • Work alongside data engineers on pipeline design and occasionally build or modify data flows within Fabric when needed. • Create interactive, user-friendly Power BI reports that empower decision-makers. • Take responsibility for data curation and preparation to ensure datasets are reliable and ready for analysis. • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and reporting processes. • Stay current with the latest Power BI and Microsoft Fabric features to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Architect and implement access governance in Microsoft Entra ID using PIM, Conditional Access, Entitlement Management, and Azure RBAC with proper group lifecycle practices. • Design secure integration patterns for applications that still rely on classic AD groups, including hybrid group strategies, group writeback, and migration planning. • Own the full identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and governance workflows. • Lead modernization work to replace legacy AD group usage with Entra ID native controls and enforce least privilege across Azure and on-prem environments. • Define, implement, and automate group management policies such as naming standards, ownership rules, expiration, and dynamic membership. • Integrate Entra ID with SaaS platforms using SCIM or custom provisioning patterns. • Act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex identity incidents and operational challenges. • Mentor junior engineers and promote secure identity practices across teams. • Produce documentation including architecture decisions, runbooks, and governance standards.
