Focus is looking to expand our team by adding a Software Trainer. The Software Trainer will be responsible for providing end users with technical training of our software products both in person and virtually. As a Software Trainer, you will be expected to work independently, as well as alongside your colleagues, and must be able to work well under pressure to handle a variety of tasks. Expected Education and Experience - 4-year Bachelor’s degree or a year of experience in a similar position within education or a technology-related industry - Background in an educational setting is strongly preferred - Focus moves fast. You will be expected to hit the ground running, and perform self-start training.
