• Develop recurring geospatial business opportunities and sales new to Focus GSPL • Establish a customer network focused on decision-makers in order to develop business focused on aerial and terrestrial geospatial data collection, analysis, Architectural and GIS services • Research, investigate, and produce winning strategies for future contracting opportunities • Write proposals, provide ROMs, and develop project scopes • Track customer interactions, opportunities and maintain the Database. • Manage changes to project scope via change orders and internal/external communications • Support business development activities including, but not limited to, representing the company in client meetings and conferences, and by fostering the development of long-term relationships with new and sustained clients, as well as partner companies • Provide detailed reports and tracking of leads, opportunities, and closed sales • Communicate business development activities and provide weekly report out to VP, Geospatial Technologies • Maintain oversight of projects throughout lifecycle to ensure client expectations are met and client experience is positive • Assist with marketing and branding efforts by providing input to marketing team and participating in marketing events and webinars • Work as part of the business development team to assist in improving and growing the geospatial technology group to help with the success of Focus GSPL as a whole • Work closely with the Geospatial Processing and Architectural Team to keep up to speed with capabilities and align with customer need
