Sales Development Representative – B2B SaaS

• You proactively engage with potential new customers from the small and medium-sized business (SMB/SME) sector • You contact prospects who have created a trial account or otherwise shown interest in Flixcheck • You identify opportunities, understand challenges, and determine whether Flixcheck could be the right solution • You qualify leads based on defined criteria and prepare them for handover to our sales team • You schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives • You work closely with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve the quality of our leads • You accurately document your activities in the CRM and keep track of your KPIs • You contribute your own ideas and continuously refine our outreach approach
• You conduct consultative and discovery conversations with customers (remotely and, when required, on-site) based on clear use cases and decision criteria • You manage and strategically grow existing single-account customers, guiding them toward larger packages and long-term adoption • You work with well-defined lead sources (e.g., inbound, referrals, marketing, outbound initiatives) and own the process from first contact to close • You identify growth opportunities, negotiate offers within the SME framework, and close deals with modest but scalable contract sizes • You actively help build an efficient, repeatable SME sales model and collaborate closely with Customer Support, Marketing, and IT
