• The Quoter is responsible for triaging, creating, delivering and presenting detailed computer hardware and software quotations • Collaborating with engineering teams, account managers, project managers, and procurement vendor partners to seek out best-in-class margins and discounts • Create, revise, and deliver all sales quote requests • Complete ticket follow-ups with the Sales team daily • Categorize and triage incoming procurement board tickets • Maintain and update agreement templates • Follow up with customers on open quotations • Handle vendor partnership management • Handle deal registration submission and life cycle management

• Define project requirements, scopes, and deliverables. • Design, develop, and implement IT infrastructure, systems, and software solutions based on project requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues that arise during the project lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals. • Collaborates with project staff to create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the project. • Facilitates and contributes to the development of project plans and designs. • Recommends and/or analyzes materials, equipment, and practices used in the project. • Assesses the competence, capabilities, resources, and financial status of vendors. • Oversees the progress of the development project. • Compares the actual cost of a development project to estimates. • Collaborates with the design group to change plans if problems arise. • Collaborates with other engineers to share problems and solutions. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
