• Provide frontline technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, mobile devices, user accounts, and access issues. • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and basic network or server-related issues. • Log, update, and resolve tickets with clear notes and sensible urgency. • Support authentication, authorisation, and password reset issues with a steady hand. • Document fixes and troubleshooting steps so the next person does not have to rediscover the same headache. • Escalate complex issues to senior support or engineering with proper context and detail. • Support US-based employees and systems during US business hours, on a graveyard shift in Manila. • Keep communication clear, calm, and human, even when the problem is doing its best impression of a small disaster.

Role Description Working alongside existing Part-Time IT Systems Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our client's IT systems. This role requires a strong understanding of software development, system integration, and IT infrastructure. Previous experience working in logistics/warehousing/FMCG industries would be an advantage. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Work closely with various departments to help produce reports and automation solutions - Resolve any integration issues between our various systems & applications - Assist with moving data/tables from Access databases to SQL Server/Pronto ERP - Review existing process documentation and workflows and update where necessary Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as an IT Systems Developer or similar role - Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server & SSRS, along with other languages such as Python or Java - Preferred knowledge of MS Access database, Pronto Xi ERP, SAP Crystal Reports and IBM Cognos Analytics - Experience with system integration and IT infrastructure - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be BIR-registered and able to provide BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration) and willing to comply with PH government tax regulations Requirements - This is a part-time role, requiring 16 hours per week. - Work schedule is fixed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, during the day shift (Sydney, Australia time zone). - Ideal for candidates looking for flexible, reduced-hour opportunities while contributing to impactful projects. - The Professional fee / Service Fee is subject to applicable taxes in accordance with Philippine government regulations. • Handling tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange while Australia sleeps • Troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks across a varied client base • Owning the queue during your shift: triaging, resolving, and escalating with good judgement • Documenting incidents properly so the day team doesn't start their morning with mystery • Supporting cloud platforms: Azure AD, Entra, HyperV, Citrix, Veeam • Being the calm voice clients hear when something's gone sideways after hours
