• Build and ship delightful features end-to-end on Finary's mobile apps • Contribute to mobile architecture decisions: this isn't just feature work, you'll define how the mobile platform evolves • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and optimize mobile-specific data flows • Partner with product managers and designers to deliver polished, performant mobile experiences • Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to multiply your output: we believe writing code manually is no longer where your value lies • Raise the bar on mobile performance, reliability, and developer experience

• Build and ship delightful features end-to-end on Finary's web platform • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction: this isn't just feature work, you'll shape how we build • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and communication patterns • Partner with product managers and designers to turn product vision into polished, high-quality experiences • Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to multiply your output: we believe writing code manually is no longer where your value lies • Raise the bar on code quality, developer experience, and engineering practices

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of internal tools used daily across engineering, ops, product, and finance • Build agentic AI workflows that automate repetitive internal processes and unlock new capabilities for our teams • Work directly with stakeholders across all teams to identify friction and turn it into functional solutions • Evaluate and integrate the latest AI engineering tools; you'll be our edge here • Contribute to a polyglot codebase and collaborate with the broader engineering team on shared infrastructure

• Independently lead high-impact growth initiatives across the entire marketing funnel from user acquisition to retention with a clear bias for action and results. • Own experiments end to end, define strategies, build growth loops, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Design to optimize every step of the user journey. • Operate with high autonomy and drive measurable impact.
