Role Description Fence Direct is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, meeting with customers in the field, and helping homeowners and commercial clients find the right fencing solutions for their needs. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for: - Conducting in-home and on-site fencing consultations - Generating and following up on sales leads - Measuring project areas and recommending fencing solutions - Preparing estimates and sales proposals - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Coordinating with operations and installation teams - Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals - Maintaining accurate customer notes and updates in CRM systems Qualifications - Previous outside sales experience preferred - Construction, fencing, or home improvement experience is a plus - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Benefits - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Bonus based on performance - Company car - Competitive salary - Employee discounts - Paid time off - Training & development Company Description Join a fast-growing company where your hard work, customer relationships, and sales success are valued and rewarded.
