• Participate in the kickoff of the mobile project, defining test strategy, automation architecture, standards, and best practices; • Plan, create, and execute manual and automated tests for mobile (Android) and web applications; • Develop, maintain, and evolve automated tests using Robot Framework, with a primary focus on Appium; • Ensure communication and integration between mobile and web automation tests across different browsers; • Work collaboratively with the web team to ensure consistent quality across interconnected systems; • Create and maintain test cases, BDD scenarios, acceptance criteria, and quality checklists; • Work with BDD and Gherkin, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders; • Execute functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end validation tests; • Collaborate with developers to prevent defects, continuously improve quality, and enhance system testability; • Perform code reviews of automated tests; • Support and evolve CI/CD pipelines, including execution of automated tests; • Log, track, and validate bug fixes using Jira; • Propose continuous improvements to processes, tools, and test strategies; • Provide knowledge transfer and support the development of interns and junior QAs, especially in the context of automation.

• Handle Payroll/Personnel routines, such as hiring/onboarding, vacation management, occupational health exams (ASOs), and employee documentation management; • Organize and maintain employee documents, ensuring they are up to date and compliant; • Send and follow up on client-required documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and deliveries are of high quality; • Support the organization and smooth operation of Payroll/Personnel processes.
