Role Description Als DevOps / Kubernetes Consultant bei Fairsource trägst du dazu bei, die technische Landschaft unserer Kunden zu optimieren und Projekte reibungslos zu gestalten. Deine Aufgaben umfassen: - Deployment und Konfiguration von Anwendungen unter Kubernetes: - Installation von Infrastruktur-Komponenten und Testen: - Automatisierung der Installation: - Erstellung von zugehöriger Dokumentation: Qualifications - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software Umfeld (Minimum 6 Jahre) - Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Verwaltung von Kubernetes-Clustern - Sehr gutes Verständnis von DevOps-Praktiken und -Tools - Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung von Prozessen - Erfahrung mit den gängigen Hyperscalern (Azure, AWS, GCP) - Erfahrung in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. • Develop and implement modern, scalable web applications with Java on the backend and modern frontend technologies such as Angular, Vue.js, or React • Design and implement microservices and APIs • Develop new software solutions and enhance existing ones • Contribute to the architecture and design of software solutions • Perform code reviews and ensure quality assurance • Integrate databases and ensure data integrity • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Work with major hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability • Create and maintain technical documentation

• Consulting from project start: You accompany the entire software lifecycle and ensure that quality is embedded already in the concept phase • Specification by Example (SbE): You facilitate workshops between business stakeholders and developers to clarify requirements through concrete examples and eliminate misunderstandings early • Requirements analysis: You capture requirements, critically assess them for testability, and translate them into executable specifications (Living Documentation) • Design and implementation of automated test frameworks that are directly based on the defined examples (e.g., with Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave) • Development and maintenance of stable test scripts in Java, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript • Integration of tests into modern CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid feedback to the team • Mentoring: You coach the team in agile testing and promote a shared understanding of “Done” and “Quality First”
