We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to strengthen our presence and drive market expansion across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong foundation in business development and sales. Your Role and Impact As our Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding FabricAir’s market presence in the region. You will take ownership of your territory and be responsible for driving both customer relationships and business growth. You will use your technical understanding and commercial insight to develop sales plans and build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and updating sales activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive) to ensure clear direction and consistent follow-up - Conducting market analysis to identify and pursue new business opportunities - Building and strengthening relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and distributors - Promoting and educating customers on FabricAir’s innovative HVAC solutions - Managing the full sales cycle – from opportunity identification to closing and after-sales follow-up - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey Who You Are You are a commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative, global team. You take ownership of your territory and deliver results, and you know how to balance maintaining strong relationships with driving new business. You bring energy, structure, and a strong customer focus into everything you do. You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and follow through on your commitments. You are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by creating tangible impact in your territory. We imagine that you: - Have a strong background in business development – ideally within HVAC or a related technical industry - Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role - Are proactive and driven – you create opportunities, not just respond to them - Have a proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships - Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders - Are comfortable working independently, managing your own territory, and navigating both technical and commercial dialogues - Work in a structured and focused way, ensuring progress and consistent follow-up - Are experienced with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office tools You are ideally based in Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, or New Jersey (preferred) and are willing to spend most of your time visiting customers across your territory. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Ihre Region und treiben sowohl den Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen als auch das Geschäftswachstum aktiv voran. Dabei nutzen Sie Ihr technisches Verständnis und Ihr kommerzielles Gespür, um Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und nachhaltige, vertrauensbasierte Beziehungen in der Branche aufzubauen. Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben: - Entwicklung und Umsetzung regionaler Vertriebsstrategien zur Förderung des Wachstums - Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Bereich textiler Lüftungslösungen - Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Fachplanern, Ingenieuren, Auftragnehmern, Großhändlern und Endkunden - Positionierung und Vermarktung der FabricAir-Lösungen im Rahmen von Spezifikationsvertrieb - Unterstützung von Partnern in allen Projektphasen – von Planung und Auslegung bis zur Ausschreibung - Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, Schulungen sowie technischer und kommerzieller Beratung - Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und neuen Chancen zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition Ihr Profil Sie sind eine vertriebsorientierte und beziehungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die gerne eigenverantwortlich arbeitet und gleichzeitig Teil eines internationalen Teams ist.
