• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python • Build and evolve RESTful APIs using FastAPI (or Flask) • Collaborate with customers and internal teams on API contracts and technical solutions • Write well-tested, readable, and maintainable code • Participate in architectural and API design discussions • Work with cloud-based infrastructure (primarily AWS) • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows • Operate in an Agile, fast-changing consultancy environment

• Own the design and implementation of backend services and APIs • Apply strong API design principles (REST, versioning, backward compatibility) • Translate customer requirements into robust technical solutions • Ensure high standards for testing, code quality, and documentation • Take responsibility for technical delivery and outcomes • Design and work with AWS cloud-native architectures • Define and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code • Improve and contribute to CI/CD pipelines • Promote best engineering practices in an Agile consultancy context
