Ethermed

• Lead end-to-end product development for Ethermed’s SaaS authorization submission platform, from discovery through execution. • Define product requirements, workflows, UX concepts, and delivery plans in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Payer Connectivity teams to ensure solutions are accurate, compliant, and scalable. • Translate complex healthcare and payer requirements into intuitive user workflows. • Own prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery of key authorization submission initiatives.

• Own a portfolio of provider and payer accounts from early-stage pipeline through closed-won and renewal • Close new logos while expanding existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and volume growth • Lead discovery and value-based sales conversations with executive and operational healthcare leaders • Translate customer pain points into clear, KPI-driven commercial proposals and Order Forms • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact, managing expectations and escalating issues as needed • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Deployment, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth go-lives and measurable outcomes • With Customer Success, monitor account health, usage, and ROI to support renewals and expansion opportunities • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene • Represent Ethermed professionally at conferences and industry events as needed

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions. • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers. • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
