Role Description The Erickson Region of Modern Woodmen is actively seeking a Financial Representative to help spearhead the continued growth of the region. This opportunity is ideal for someone who currently holds the appropriate state licensing, or is willing to obtain it quickly and is motivated to make a meaningful impact on clients and the local community. If you have a strong desire to lead, develop others, and play a key role in building a growing team, this could be an excellent opportunity worth exploring. As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the continued growth of the local office. Over time, the role can expand to include recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team. Qualifications - Team Spirited, Enthusiastic, and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges. - Possessing a competitive nature or experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, triathletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus. - Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand. - Required Active Financial Licenses: - SIE Certification or Willingness to Quickly Obtain - Life/Health License or Willingness to Quickly Obtain Requirements - Deadline: Apply soon as this position will go fast. - Flexible work from home options available.
