Role Description Equine Network is looking for a curious, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team this summer. You'll get real, hands-on experience working across email, SMS, and push notification channels - writing copy, building campaigns, and analyzing performance alongside a collaborative team that moves fast and cares about craft. This is a paid, part-time internship ($18/hr) designed for a student or recent grad ready to do actual work - not just observe it. What You'll Do: - Build and launch email newsletters, SMS messages, and push notifications using Braze - Write and edit marketing copy that's clear, on-brand, and actually worth reading - Design and format email templates and images across marketing channels - Track and report on campaign performance using Braze and Google Analytics - Support content updates in WordPress - Join weekly vendor meetings to stay current on automation platforms and tools - Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager and broader team on campaign planning and execution Qualifications - Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated - Genuine interest in digital marketing, email, or communications - Strong written communication skills - clear, engaging, and adaptable to a brand voice - Basic familiarity with image editing or design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) - Familiarity with email automation platforms, AI tools, or prompt engineering is a strong plus - Experience with - or willingness to learn - Braze, WordPress, Google Analytics, Asana, Microsoft 365, and Claude - Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Benefits - Paid, part-time internship ($18/hr)

Role Description Equine Network's Premier Equisports Group is seeking a detail-obsessed Contract Payroll Specialist to keep weekly payroll running smoothly during our busy season from April through October. This part-time, 1099 seasonal role averages around 20+ hours per week, with the potential for extended or additional work based on business needs. - Own weekly payroll processing for multiple groups, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion. - Review timekeeping, earnings, deductions, and payroll data to catch and resolve issues early. - Enter, update, and verify payroll information in iSolved HCM. - Respond to payroll questions and resolve discrepancies in a clear, professional manner. - Maintain organized payroll records and supporting documentation. - Partner with internal contacts to obtain missing or corrected information. - Assist with payroll-related reporting and jump in on additional payroll projects as workload increases. Qualifications - Prior payroll experience (required). - Strong working knowledge of iSolved HCM (highly preferred). - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. - Sharp attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines. - Ability to manage multiple payrolls and shifting priorities. - Professional, clear communication skills and strong organization. - Discretion with confidential and sensitive information. - Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor, with proficiency using standard office tools. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing high-volume accounts payable, fostering vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate expense allocation across our event projects. You'll collaborate with finance, operations, and event teams to support month-end activities, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and cash flow forecasting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 4–6 years of progressive experience in a high-volume accounting role. - 2+ years of hands-on Bill.com experience. - Direct supervisory or mentoring experience. - Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, data management). - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proven ability to identify issues. - Excellent communication for vendor and cross-functional interactions. Preferred: - NetSuite experience. - CPA (active or in progress). - Background in events, hospitality, or project-based industries. - Familiarity with job costing, deferred revenue, or payment processor reconciliations. This role will create compelling content, support community engagement, and capture the action at events, championships, and activations, with some travel required. What You'll Do - Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms. - Write strong copy and develop graphics and short-form video that reflect the Riata brand. - Capture behind-the-scenes moments, event coverage, and on-site action to share the Riata experience in real time. - Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to help build and strengthen community. - Track social trends and performance metrics to support growth and reach. - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity. - Travel occasionally for events, content capture, and live coverage.
