• Lead efforts to provide valuable products and services to the Co-packer market and gain sales in this space. • Provide technical support for ePac Customers to ensure ePac packaging materials are processing to meet customer needs. • Provide technical support for ePac plants to ensure our equipment and processes are aligned to process ePac materials in line with plant KPI goals. • Provides leadership in the research, installation, and commercialization of packaging equipment and processes. • Provide Leadership and actively optimize ePac’s existing product lines to ensure ePac is delivering state of the art, quality offerings to the market. • Support technical service requirements such as structure testing and analysis, customer complaints, assist in material qualification trials internally and externally. • Creates packaging related SOPs, work instructions and packaging specifications.
• The Co-packer Market Manager will be tasked with helping ePac grow in the co-man / Co-packer (Contract Packager) space. • The primary goal of this position is to better connect ePac into this space, in both Rollstock and premade pouches, and to grow our sales volume in the co-packer market. • The position requires extensive knowledge of Co-packer and customer filling equipment and materials, and being able to help troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement solutions for raw materials and finished products. • The Co-packer Market Manager will work closely with the ePac team to serve as support to ePac Customer’s and Co-packers needs. • The position will educate ePac team members on the Co-packer FFS equipment, connect team members with FFS equipment suppliers and co-packers. • Provide additional support to the operation teams to ensure that all technical systems, infrastructure and processes are functioning efficiently and effectively.
• Own the full sales cycle for acquiring new Strata 2 customers in an assigned territory. • Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and prioritize high-potential local prospects. • Build a robust pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings. • Conduct on-site discovery meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored packaging solutions. • Manage the negotiation and closing process for new mid-market accounts. • Execute a clean and thorough handoff of new customers to their assigned Mid-Market Account Manager. • Add new customers within specified geographic region. • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. • Build relationships and identify the prospect's need for the products or services. • Maintain current customer relationships through visits, calls, quarterly reviews and internal/external functions. • Attend relevant trade shows, both national and regional. • Promptly enter all customer information and updates into Salesforce. • Be able to estimate quotes via our custom build estimation application. • Work with other divisions to participate in all cross-selling opportunities and to maximize selling potential within the company. • Proactively search, identify and obtain new business opportunities with new customers and existing customers. • Manage resources as required to accomplish.
