Role Description The Brand Manager is responsible for driving growth across EMG’s portfolio by leading brand strategy, supporting sales execution, and strengthening vendor and retail partnerships. This role ensures excellence in the execution of new product launches, promotions, and pricing programs while delivering data-driven insights to unlock incremental opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong commercial insight, analytical rigor, and operational discipline to drive market share, revenue, and profitability. - This position will be fully office based for those living in the greater Cleveland, OH or Green Bay, WI regions – or remote for those living outside these regions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred. - 5-10+ years of brand management experience in eCommerce with a focus on Amazon/Walmart channel management, vendor or seller central. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and social media. - Experience in developing and implementing promotional calendars and measuring ROI. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self-starter capable of working individually and as a team member. - Proficiency in Excel and related MS Office programs. - Willingness to travel to visit retailers or to company HQ, as needed (<5% travel). - Position could be based in-office at EMG’s Green Bay, WI or Cleveland, OH locations – or potentially remote for those outside these areas.
