• Participate in sales prospecting — targeted cold calling (based on identified needs; we don’t call blindly), LinkedIn outreach, and email • Communicate directly with executives, HR directors and decision-makers alongside the founder • Attend sales meetings and closings — you will see the entire sales cycle • Track the sales pipeline and contribute to the acquisition strategy • Gradually gain autonomy by working on real business projects

• Prospect new partners (B2C and B2B) and schedule meetings. • Maintain and expand partner and client databases. • Follow the company’s sales strategy and analyze results to optimize future negotiations and customer retention. • Reach out to professionals to promote and sell psychology training programs. • Identify candidates for a specialized training program in emotional regulation and processing. • Participate in training workshops and team events. • Evaluate prospecting KPIs by analyzing results per ad and per call. • Measure negotiation KPIs with a focus on conversion rates. • Monitor retention KPIs based on customer feedback to improve the experience and strengthen loyalty.
