Role Description Conversion Key is seeking a disciplined and professional Appointment Setter to manage inbound real estate leads for residential builders and real estate operators. This role is responsible for engaging new inquiries quickly, qualifying prospects, nurturing conversations, and booking high-quality appointments for our clients' sales teams. You will work inside structured CRM systems with automation and AI support, ensuring no lead goes cold and every opportunity is properly qualified. This is not a call center position. This is a performance-based sales support role.
