Role Description This is NOT an appointment‑setter position. If you're a seasoned cold‑caller who loves selling, guiding prospects, and closing deals, you'll thrive here. You'll use your sales expertise to present our services, handle objections, and move prospects directly into onboarding when they're ready. Booking a consultation is the minimum — your real goal is to sell the service and close the client, or get them confident enough that a consultation isn't needed. Qualifications - Strong cold‑calling and outbound sales experience - Proven ability to sell and close, not just book calls - Confidence in presenting service offerings and pricing - Skilled in objection handling and guiding prospects - Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently - CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Requirements - Outbound calling & follow‑ups to generate new business - Present services, pricing, and value clearly and confidently - Close deals when the client is ready — or move them to a consultation only if needed - Maintain accurate lead activity in HubSpot CRM - Hit weekly outreach and conversion targets - Represent the brand with professionalism and authority Benefits - HubSpot CRM access - Company email - Scripts, pricing guides & messaging templates - Training on services and value propositions - Weekly support & performance check-ins Compensation Commission‑only with no cap.
