Role Description Zur Unterstützung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir einen HR Coordinator (m/w/d), der unsere täglichen HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles mitgestaltet und unterstützt. Dies ist eine operative People Operations Rolle mit breitem Einblick in HR-Administration, Onboarding, HR-Systeme, Mitarbeitenden-Support sowie Prozesskoordination in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld. Du arbeitest eng mit der Head of HR zusammen und hast die Möglichkeit, nach und nach mehr Verantwortung und Ownership zu übernehmen. Wir sind ein Remote-First-Unternehmen. Für diese Rolle ist es jedoch von Vorteil, wenn du in oder nahe München wohnst und bei Bedarf gelegentlich in unser Büro kommen kannst. - Unterstützung operativer HR-Aktivitäten entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles - Koordination und Betreuung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen - Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von HR-Dokumenten sowie Personalunterlagen - Unterstützung administrativer Payroll-Prozesse mit der Möglichkeit, schrittweise Verantwortung für vorbereitende Payroll-Aktivitäten zu übernehmen - Zusammenarbeit mit externen Payroll- sowie Employer-of-Record-(EOR)-Providern - Pflege und Verwaltung von HR-Systemen, insbesondere Personio - Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten sowie Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen - Unterstützung von Recruiting-Prozessen, insbesondere bei administrativen und koordinativen Aufgaben - Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei allgemeinen HR- sowie prozessbezogenen Fragen - Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern wie Finance, IT und Führungskräften Qualifications - Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise ca. 2–5 Jahre in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld - Erfahrung in HR Administration, People Operations oder HR Coordination - Verständnis für Arbeitsverträge, HR-Dokumentation, HR-Prozesse und Arbeitsrecht - Erste Berührungspunkte mit Pre-Payroll- oder payrollbezogenen Prozessen sind von Vorteil - Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit sowie Organisationsfähigkeit - Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und HR-Systemen, idealerweise Personio - Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Idealerweise Wohnort in oder nahe München sowie die Flexibilität, bei Bedarf gelegentlich ins Büro zu kommen Benefits - Wir sind ein 100 % „Remote First“-Unternehmen - Eine vielseitige Rolle mit breitem Einblick in internationale HR-Prozesse - Die Möglichkeit verschiedene Offices innerhalb Europas zu besuchen - 30 Urlaubstage & flexible Arbeitszeiten - Direkte interne Kommunikation, flache Hierarchien und viel Eigenverantwortung - Ein großes und dynamisches Netzwerk im Healthcare-Sektor mit Kontakt zu Senior Stakeholdern, relevanten Akteuren und Entscheidern - Die Möglichkeit, an kritischen Projekten von europäischem Interesse mitzuwirken und damit einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung des Lebens von Bürger:innen und Patient:innen zu leisten

Role Description This role is ideal for someone early in their investment career who enjoys combining coordination, analysis and stakeholder management in a European innovation context. - Support oversight of Regional Innovation Booster (RIB) editions in pilot countries by monitoring progress, timelines, risks and mitigation measures, and by ensuring agreed processes are followed. - Coordinate the work of the RIB Committee (agenda setting, materials, minutes, follow-up), ensuring effective implementation of the RIB Mechanism and the design of the RIB Lite Mechanism. - Help establish and maintain processes and tools for tracking the growth of RIB ventures, including a dedicated RIB CRM and related dashboards. - Contribute to internal processes that support sourcing of companies through RIB mechanism into EIT Health’s Business Creation portfolios and investment activities. - Assist in collecting and structuring data for basic financial and traction analyses of RIB Health ventures (e.g. revenues, runway, funding history, KPIs) to inform investment recommendations. - Monitor the progress of RIB ventures and help establish feedback loops. Qualifications - Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Biology, Engineering or a related field in healthcare; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - 2–5+ years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable analytical investment role. - Demonstrated track record of sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment transactions. - Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating multi-country work streams, and driving timelines and follow-ups with diverse stakeholders. - Fluent English language skills. - Experience working with early-stage or growth-stage technology, life sciences, or healthcare companies is an advantage.
