Qualifications - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant time working as an independent contractor or agency recruiter managing multiple searches. - Demonstrated ability to manage six or more concurrent searches without losing momentum. - Strong sourcing skills, including active outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. - Experience setting up or administering an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar). - Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both candidates and hiring managers. - Comfort working in a startup or early-stage environment where priorities can shift quickly. Requirements - Experience recruiting for nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organizations. - Familiarity with partnership, business development, or sales recruiting. - Experience using recruiter networks, or similar platforms for contract engagements. - Track record of closing candidates for roles that require mission alignment, not just compensation. Now, EducationSuperHighway is turning those connections into opportunity — working to close the nation's literacy gap by providing literacy tutoring scholarships to first-grade students reading below grade level. We are a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) leveraging the new $1,700 federal Educational Freedom Tax Credit (EFTC), effective January 1, 2027, to build the most ambitious literacy funding campaign in the country.
