Role Description The Marketing Manager will deliver the brand strategy, brand proposition and DNA and use consumer insight and commercial proximity to markets to develop outstanding global assets to build a breakthrough brand. This role will lead and deliver the global marketing strategy leading all aspects of Insight and Building a Breakthrough Brand and leading the marketing agenda to adopt a breakthrough brand approach and win ATL, BTL and across media, particularly digital and e-commerce. In addition, this position will lead and direct innovation decisions on the brand to ensure a fit with brand strategy, while overseeing activation and deployment. This individual will have line manager responsibility for one team member and will be a critical part of the Edrington marketing business ensuring Brugal BU is represented and integrated.
