Implementation Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Specialists responsible for customer onboarding and implementation. • Own team performance, workload allocation, capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, and career development in partnership with the VP of Customer Success. • Define and continuously improve Ediphi's implementation methodology, playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and customer-facing processes. • Build the systems, documentation, and training that enable the team to deliver consistent, high-quality implementations at scale. • Continuously improve implementation processes to reduce time-to-go-live, increase early adoption, and improve customer outcomes. • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from Sales through implementation and into long-term adoption. • Track implementation performance, including time-to-value, adoption, customer health, team capacity, and implementation KPIs, using insights to improve delivery. • Identify implementation risks early, manage escalations, and remove blockers for both customers and the team. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to improve implementation workflows, support product validation efforts, and ensure customer needs are represented. • Travel to customer sites and team events as needed (approximately 20–30%).
Sales Development Representative

• Own outbound prospecting into target account lists, ENR Top 400 general contractors, self-perform contractors, estimating teams, and more. • Cold call, email, and LinkedIn message the right stakeholders — chief estimators, VPs of Preconstruction, Directors of Estimating — and open conversations about what Ediphi can do for their business. • Run pre- and post-event follow-up for marquee industry conferences, including booth scans, warm handoffs from leadership, and targeted sequences to convert event conversations into booked meetings. • Partner with Account Executives on territory and account strategy, ensuring every meeting is qualified and set up to advance. • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and Outreach, giving RevOps the clean inputs needed for forecasting and attribution. • Develop real fluency in how GCs run preconstruction — quantity takeoffs, conceptual estimating, bid leveling, historical cost data, self-perform vs. subcontracted work — so you can have credible conversations with senior estimators on day 30. • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly meeting and pipeline targets. • Share what you learn from the field back with Marketing and Product to sharpen messaging and ICP targeting.
Senior Demand Generation Manager

• Own Ediphi’s demand generation strategy to hit monthly and quarterly pipeline targets. • Plan and execute integrated campaigns that create sales conversations with preconstruction and estimating leaders. • Build scalable campaign plays across channels, including paid search and paid social, retargeting, content syndication, and email promotion (in partnership with Content Marketing). • Partner with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to package existing assets into high-performing demand programs, including webinar themes, landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths. • Work with Sales and RevOps on audience targeting, lead routing, campaign tracking, and closed-loop reporting in Salesforce. • Improve conversion rates across key funnel moments (ad to landing page, landing page to form fill, form fill to meeting) through testing and iteration. • Own campaign reporting and share performance insights with the GTM team, including pipeline created, conversion rates, and cost efficiency by channel. • Lead Ediphi’s webinar and virtual event program end to end, including topic planning, speaker coordination, promotion, follow-up, and performance reporting. • Pre and post marketing and lead follow up for marquis industry events • Manage the demand gen calendar and keep Sales aligned on what is launching, who it’s for, and how to follow up. • Establish repeatable processes for planning, launching, and measuring campaigns so performance improves quarter over quarter.

About the role We are seeking a Senior-Level UX Designer to join our dynamic, fast paced development team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Design, Product Management and Engineering to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our estimating software. You will take ownership of complex design challenges, translating requirements into intuitive, elegant interfaces for our estimating software. What you'll do - Partner with product on user research initiatives: You will assist in planning and executing comprehensive research strategies with internal and external stakeholders to uncover deep insights into user behaviors and pain points. - End-to-end design ownership: Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specifications. - Data-driven iteration: Define usability testing strategies, analyze metrics/feedback, and iterate designs to continuously improve product usability and satisfaction. - Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to advocate for the user, ensure design feasibility, and oversee high-quality implementation. - Design system management: Contribute to and help maintain the company design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. - Industry innovation: Stay ahead of UX trends, construction technology advancements, and SaaS best practices to keep our product competitive.
