The Opportunity As founders of Medicine 3.0, under the leadership of Dr. Peter Attia, we are experiencing sustained and growing demand for this model of care. We are expanding our physician team to meet sustained demand for care, building on a stable and growing group of clinicians within the practice. Our approach to growth is deliberate. Planned Hiring Cycles We expand our physician team by recruiting through a deliberate, cohort-based hiring and onboarding model—ensuring growth remains controlled, supported, and consistent with our standard of care. Salary Range Our competitive compensation package starts with a base salary range of $350,000-$400,000, accompanied by significant incentives designed for high performers who thrive in high-risk, high-reward environments.
