Role Description We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design and develop airframe structures and mechanical assemblies for unmanned aircraft systems. This individual will identify, shape, and secure new business opportunities while cultivating strong relationships with key government agencies, military organizations, foreign partners, and commercial stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge, a strong customer network, and proven success driving revenue in complex technical markets, with a thorough understanding of export controls, compliance regulations, and global defense procurement environments. Role Description DZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the operation and support of Unmanned Aircraft Systems in a rapid development environment where aircraft progress from design, fabrication, assembly, and flight in a short period of time. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who has direct, hands-on experience providing subject matter expert support to operating customers. Field Service Representatives (FSR) at CONUS and OCONUS locations provide maintenance and support services for all the aircraft systems and serve as the link between deployed operating units and DZYNE. FSR support is required twelve (12) hours per day, seven (7) days per week OCONUS. Salary $45 -$55 / hour. Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions.
