Qualifications - Proven experience as a Plant Trainer/Instructor. - Possession of all relevant Instructor qualifications. - Preferably holding NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) Instructor Qualification. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse participants. - Strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
