Role Description The CAO Application Change Governance team is a newly established team within the CAO COO organization with the objective to establish governance processes for the application delivery of CAO’s book of work across Compliance/AFC, Legal, KYC/Client Due Diligence, Investment Guideline Management and HR. Job Summary: This position is in the Fund Finance & Reporting group at RREEF Management, LLC, a real estate investment advisor, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of DWS. The Fund Finance & Reporting group oversees the out-sourced fund administration functions including property and fund accounting, client reporting and performance measurement for all RREEF advised direct real estate vehicles in the U.S. (approximately $36 billion assets under management). The successful candidate will provide support to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial deliverables from fund administrators to our clients and various RREEF teams including Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Transactions, Client Advisory Group, Capital Markets and Compliance. The position is in Chicago within the firm’s Illiquid Asset Operations (IAO) group and offers a hybrid working environment. Senior Principals on the team are involved in all aspects of the debt investment process for the credit funds and assist in managing the assets in the funds’ portfolios. The appropriate candidate will have strong financial modeling, accounting & finance, credit analysis, communication, and presentation skills, and will demonstrate an interest in the infrastructure industry and its various subsectors.
