Role Description We are currently hiring Field Sales Representatives to work directly with business owners in their local area. This is a remote, field-based role — you are not tied to an office, but you must be willing to visit businesses in person (door-to-door B2B). What You'll Be Doing: - Visit local retail businesses (delis, convenience stores, smoke shops, etc.) - Introduce our payment processing program and equipment solutions - Explain how business owners can reduce or eliminate processing costs - Show a short video and overview of the offer - Connect qualified merchants with our account manager to finalize enrollment How to Think About the Offer: A simple way to understand what we do: If a company like Verizon offered you a brand new iPhone plus up to $3,000 to switch carriers, it would be an easy decision for most people. That's essentially what we're doing — but for business owners. We provide new payment equipment, cost savings, and financial incentives for switching their credit card processing setup. What We Offer to Business Owners: - Up to $3,000 in promotional incentives (based on qualifications) - New credit card terminals / POS systems - Competitive or reduced payment processing costs - Ongoing support and service Compensation: - $500–$2,000+ per deal - Typical reps close 2–5 deals per week once trained - Top performers: $6,000–$20,000+ per month - Uncapped commission structure Growth Opportunity: - Build and lead your own sales team - Earn additional income through team performance - Advance into leadership roles Requirements - Must be comfortable with in-person, door-to-door B2B sales - Must be willing to work in the field daily (this is not a work-from-home role) - Strong communication skills - Self-motivated and reliable - No prior experience required — we provide training and support.
