CORTO

• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks across web, API, and mobile products, using CORTO's existing tooling and contributing to shared team repositories and goals • Pick up and progress testing left outstanding at the end of the AU team's day or week, providing continuity across time zones • Contribute to up-skilling team members through workshops, training, and paired programming sessions, in remote-friendly formats • Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with established test frameworks • Execute regression, smoke, and exploratory test cycles across the products • Take an active role in QE process improvements, helping increase quality and efficiency in AI application delivery • Work closely with developers and DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and quality gates • Communicate clearly and proactively across regions and time zones, keeping AU and US stakeholders aligned
