• Improve and standardize tracking events across product ecosystem. • Investigate where particular events are generated and identify the relevant projects, repositories and system owners. • Design and implement backend and API changes using Java and Kotlin. • Integrate behavioural data with Segment and the wider data ecosystem. • Make necessary adjustments in the React-based web application when required. • Raise technical risks, clarify dependencies and involve other developers when a change requires broader coordination. • Move between different repositories and systems while taking ownership of each topic from discovery to delivery.

• Support the modernization of a large-scale platform used by aviation enthusiasts. • Improve the photo upload and moderation process by introducing AI-assisted mechanisms. • Modernize legacy administration and screening tools. • Improve search capabilities and overall discoverability of content. • Increase the reliability and consistency of database-driven workflows. • Deliver UX improvements. • Collaborate in a verified network of experienced freelancers to support flexible cooperation models.

• Handle and triage incoming client requests (Jira, Slack, calls) • Investigate and resolve incidents across the full stack (backend, frontend, integrations) • Work on production issues - from quick fixes to deeper root-cause analysis • Collaborate with Product and Customer teams to understand and address user needs • Implement small improvements and fixes independently • Contribute to improving incident handling and support processes • Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system reliability • Provide technical input on feasibility and impact of client requests

• Designing and evolving AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, VPC, S3, WAF, CloudFront, Cognito, API Gateway, etc.) • Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / Terragrunt • Designing and improving GitLab CI/CD pipelines • Improving observability (CloudWatch, Datadog) • Acting as infrastructure partner for development teams • Proposing architectural improvements aligned with compliance and business needs • Participation in on-call duty (24/7 once a week for approx. 5 weeks)
