• You advise existing customers and prospects based on our solution portfolio — with a focus on hospitals and hospital networks • You manage newly acquired customers as well as transferred existing accounts and develop them strategically in line with the XQT service framework • You prepare purchase negotiations strategically and carry them through to contract conclusion • You ensure smooth coordination between internal specialist departments and make certain that all project stakeholders work together toward the objective • You identify new revenue opportunities and build a network of customers and suppliers • You represent the company at trade shows and sales events, promoting our solutions • You monitor market and customer developments and derive concrete sales opportunities

• Planning, documenting and executing integration projects with the Cloverleaf communication server • Identifying solution approaches and developing concepts through to implementation • Customizing the system to individual customer environments • Supporting business development with technical expertise and strong communication skills • Supporting, advising and training customers — remotely or on site
