• Operation and troubleshooting of web, application, and database servers in Linux and Kubernetes environments • Classification and prioritization of incoming requests and monitoring events, and handover of these to 2nd- and 3rd-level support • Execution of changes and rollouts

• Operation, development and hardening of our network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, uplinks) • Design and implementation of complex network architectures for highly available setups (e.g., distributed sites and availability zones, EVPN) • Integration of cloud connections and evolution of hybrid infrastructures • Automation and standardization (Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and Terraform) • Operation of security and firewall solutions (including FortiGate) • Analysis and resolution of incidents and continuous optimization

• Operation, administration and continuous improvement of Linux and application systems • Installation, configuration and maintenance of applications and services (web, databases, etc.) • Building and maintaining container environments (e.g., with Docker and Kubernetes) • Automating recurring tasks using configuration management tools • Analysis, troubleshooting and performance tuning of system and platform components • Supporting the implementation and transition of new services into productive operations

• Build and operate XaaS platforms for a wide range of clients in our datacenters and public clouds • Support the design of modern platform architectures and the migration of existing customer systems • Work closely with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to optimize performance, reliability, and security • Deploy and operate applications and services within our customers' automated DevOps environments • Implement customer-specific requirements and services (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis Cluster, Kafka broker, Keycloak) • Evaluate new tools and technologies related to containers, cloud, and automation to continuously improve our platforms
