• Access Management (IAM – SAP and non-SAP); • Responsible for the full access management lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), including creation, modification and removal of users, as well as administration of profiles and roles in SAP environments (ECC / S/4HANA and SAP GRC); • Ensuring security controls such as the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD), supporting risk analyses and remediation prioritization; • Conducting periodic access reviews (recertification), managing critical accesses (generic and emergency) and identifying control gaps, proposing structural improvements and ongoing process enhancement; • Defining, documenting and standardizing processes, approval flows and integration between systems (SAP, Active Directory/Azure AD and HR systems); • Participating in profile redesign and provisioning automation initiatives, ensuring alignment between access and business processes, balancing security and operational continuity; • Supporting internal and external audits, addressing non-conformities and ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices (LGPD, NIST); • Using artificial intelligence for detection of anomalous behavior, risk analysis, process automation and documentation, including application of predictive models and NLP. Also participating in AI governance to ensure ethics, auditability and explainability.

• Work within a data organization structured into specialized fronts: Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Intelligence (AI), DataOps, Architecture, and Governance, acting as the link between PMs and technical squads; • Partner directly with the PM/Data Product and DataOps leadership to ensure deliverables have clear scope, success metrics, and visibility across the organization; • Serve as Product Owner within the area, responsible for keeping the backlog healthy, ensuring requests are well defined and deliveries are traceable end-to-end; • Support the PM in prioritizing and refining the data roadmap based on business impact and squad capacity; • Ensure intake requests are well defined before entering the backlog, with acceptance criteria, mapped data sources, and clear owners; • Create and maintain epics and tasks in Monday.com Dev, ensuring traceability between stakeholder requests and technical delivery; • Facilitate refinement ceremonies with squads, even in a model without formal sprints; • Act as the primary guardian of the area’s operational metrics: average cycle time, on-time delivery rate, backlog aging, post-delivery NPS, and rework rate; • Support DataOps leadership with visibility into capacity, bottlenecks, and SLAs per front; • Build and maintain delivery tracking dashboards so any stakeholder can understand the status of their requests; • Conduct periodic metric reviews with the PM and front-line leaders; • Proactively communicate progress, impediments, and deadline changes; • Support the PM in roadmap review ceremonies and monthly retrospectives; • Ensure delivered data products have minimum documentation, validated acceptance criteria, and identified business owners; • Identify opportunities to reuse analytical assets and propose process improvements to the PM.

• Develop, integrate, and maintain AI solutions in production, ensuring technical reliability, compliance with internal governance, and enabling business areas to use AI autonomously and responsibly. • Build AI agents using Databricks (Knowledge Assistant, MLflow) and automations via n8n. • Version prompts and configurations in the GitHub Enterprise repository following a GitOps workflow. • Ensure availability, performance, and traceability of production solutions. • Conduct A/B tests, quality evaluations, and version rollbacks when necessary. • Design and maintain integrations with the OpenAI, Claude, Lovable, Azure OpenAI APIs, and corporate systems (SAP, CRM, SharePoint). • Manage credentials and secrets via Databricks Secret Scope, eliminating hardcoded keys. • Document endpoints, API keys, permission scopes, and the timeline for each integration. • Support the corporate API Gateway and ensure a formal Change Request for each new integration. • Assist business areas in evaluating, prototyping, and deploying solutions — providing guidance on when to choose ChatGPT, Databricks, or Lovable. • Review and approve custom GPTs created by Spokes before publication. • Conduct technical training sessions and onboarding for new tools. • Configure logs, alerts, and usage metrics for AI solutions. • Support collection of OpenAI audit logs for Dexco's SIEM. • Participate in semiannual internal audits and support any external audits. • Ensure solutions follow the ethical checklist: bias, explainability, impact on people, and compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). • Participate in the AI Center of Excellence (COE) for technical compliance reviews and risk assessment of new solutions. • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of solutions, models, versions, and responsible owners. • Contribute to the evolution of the governance framework and responsible-use policies.
