Role Description To support our continued international expansion, we are strengthening our strategic commercial team with a Global Key Account Manager. In this role, you will own and develop a portfolio of key global accounts—primarily headquartered in France—while driving growth across Europe and the US. You will play a critical role in building long-term partnerships, unlocking cross-border opportunities, and creating value across business units and industries. - Build and maintain strong relationships at C-level and decision-making level - Develop and execute long-term account strategies focused on sustainable growth - Identify and drive opportunities across countries and business units - Align internal stakeholders (sales, business development, R&D, operations) around one customer strategy - Lead strategic discussions, partnerships, and high-impact projects while monitoring performance via KPIs Qualifications - 10–15+ years of experience in an international industrial environment - Strong technical affinity to understand and communicate complex solutions - Proven track record in key account management, business development, or senior sales - Experience in sectors such as biogas, chemicals, water treatment, soil remediation, or environmental technologies is a strong asset - Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus) Requirements - Strategic relationship builder with a strong business mindset and international experience - Ideally based in France, with willingness to travel across Europe and the US Benefits - A competitive salary – We guarantee you a (more than) competitive base salary, depending on your experience. - Fringe benefits – To optimize your salary package, you can count on a company car with charging or fuel card, a smartphone with a mobile subscription, pension plan and a sales bonus. - Work-life-balance / hybrid working - You will work entirely from your comfortable home office. - Time off to schedule freely – At DESOTEC there is no collective closure.
