Role Description The Contracts Coordinator / Legal Support Specialist prepares and manages templated legal contracts, oversees the execution process, and maintains organized records in our data room and HubSpot CRM. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization and process; prior legal experience is helpful but not required if you bring strong administrative skills, technical aptitude, and a sense of urgency. - Contract Preparation - Draft and prepare legal contracts using established templates - Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards - Coordinate with legal counsel when non-standard terms arise - Document Execution & Management - Manage the signature process, ensuring timely execution across parties - Organize and file completed contracts in the company data room - Maintain a clear, searchable archive of all contract documentation - CRM & Data Integrity - Update contract statuses, key dates, and relevant details in HubSpot - Ensure franchise and contract records remain accurate and accessible to stakeholders - Compliance Support - Track contractual obligations and flag upcoming deadlines or renewals - Escalate potential compliance concerns to legal for review - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with finance, sales, and operations teams to support contract-related needs - Provide guidance to colleagues on contract processes and answer status inquiries - Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround times - Stay informed on best practices in contract administration Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent professional experience - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously - Proficiency with standard business software; comfort learning new systems quickly - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Self-directed work style suited to a remote environment - 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role (preferred) - Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (preferred) - Experience with document management systems or data rooms (preferred) - Basic understanding of legal terminology and contract structures (preferred) - Paralegal certification (preferred) Requirements - Remote with occasional travel to HQ in Franklin, TN (approximately 2-4 times per year) - Full-Time - Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunity Benefits - Health insurance - Parental leave - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Flexible schedule - Paid time off - Training & development - Vision insurance Company Description D1 Sports Franchise, headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, is a leading franchisor of class-based and one-on-one athletic performance training for scholastic and adult athletes across the United States.
