Regional Sales Manager - Visual Sales

• Develop and execute the regional commercial plan aligned with company objectives; • Lead, develop and monitor the team of Account Executives; • Ensure revenue growth and profitability in the region; • Monitor commercial performance indicators (KPIs); • Expand market reach and penetration; • Identify opportunities for expansion and new strategic hubs; • Represent Visual at events, trade shows and strategic meetings; • Ensure excellent relationships with the region's key agencies; • Support campaign launches and promotional strategies; • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to maximize results.
