Culture On Camera has been exclusively retained to lead a confidential search for a Senior Trial Attorney on behalf of a high-performing personal injury firm. This is a trial-forward role for an attorney who is comfortable carrying high-value cases, stepping into the courtroom, and driving matters through to verdict when needed. The practice handles serious personal injury matters where outcomes materially impact clients’ lives. Candidates must be actively licensed in Nevada. All inquiries and candidacy will be handled with complete discretion. The Work You won’t be managing a docket full of low-value files or pushed to settle for the sake of speed. The expectation here is different. You’ll carry a focused caseload of approximately 20–30 active matters, each with real complexity and real exposure. These are cases that require judgment, not just process. Throughout the year, you can expect to take 3–5 cases through trial. Not every file is meant to settle, and the firm is built to support attorneys who are willing and prepared to go the distance when it’s in the client’s best interest. Case values regularly fall in the high six-figure to seven-figure range. The work is substantive, and the outcomes matter. How You’ll Operate This role is fully remote, with the flexibility to build your day around the work, not an office. When cases go to trial, you’ll travel to Las Vegas, Nevada to represent your clients in court. Outside of that, you’ll have the autonomy to focus on strategy, preparation, and execution without unnecessary overhead. You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll work within a pod structure alongside dedicated paralegal support, allowing you to stay focused on legal work rather than administrative tasks. You’ll be expected to lead your cases, owning strategy, guiding clients, and making decisions with confidence. What This Role Requires This is a strong fit for an attorney who has already spent time in the courtroom and knows what it takes to move a case from intake to verdict. You should bring: - An active Nevada Bar license in good standing - Meaningful plaintiff-side trial experience, including depositions and courtroom presentation - The ability to independently manage litigation from start to finish - Strong instincts around case value, negotiation, and when a case should be tried - Clear, steady communication with clients during high-stakes moments This is not a role for someone looking to “learn trials someday.” You’ve been there, and you’re ready to keep doing the work. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on SEO Strategist to develop and execute organic and local search strategies for a portfolio of law firm clients. You are not just a strategist who hands work off. You own the execution from audit through reporting and are deeply invested in client outcomes. A core requirement for this role is deep expertise in Local SEO for businesses with physical locations. You need to understand what drives local rankings, how to diagnose performance issues, and how to measure local visibility at scale. What You Will Do - Develop and execute organic and local SEO strategies for a portfolio of law firm clients, aligned to real business growth goals - Conduct technical, content, and backlink audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Local Falcon - Build prioritized SEO roadmaps based on audit findings, performance data, and competitive analysis - Execute local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimization, localized content improvements, local link acquisition, and reputation strategy - Analyze local ranking factors including proximity, SERP behavior, prominence, relevance, and trust signals - Partner with developers, designers, and content teams to implement technical and UX improvements - Support link building, outreach, and digital PR initiatives - Deliver clear, results-focused performance reporting and strategic recommendations to clients - Stay current on algorithm updates, local search changes, emerging tools, and AI-driven search developments - Contribute to internal documentation, workflow improvements, and knowledge sharing
