• As CUJU’s first Senior Data Engineer, you will build the data foundation of the company. • Your mission is to transform fragmented data across multiple systems into a reliable, scalable, and usable data layer that enables: Clear business metrics (e.g. MAU, retention) • Product decision-making • Future player performance insights • Define and implement core data models (users, events, performance) • Design and operate robust, production-grade data pipelines • Establish a single source of truth for key business and product metrics • Structure data for business and product analysis (retention, funnels, activation) • Build and deploy data services and jobs on AWS (e.g. S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Glue, Athena, Redshift, etc.). • Make pragmatic decisions on how data is stored, processed, and accessed • Evaluate and introduce tools (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks) where they add clear value • Ensure the architecture scales with product, AI, and data growth without overengineering • Optimize pipelines for scalability, cost efficiency, and performance. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured Python code following software engineering best practices. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Business teams.

• Lead the UX/UI design for CUJU’s mobile-first product (iOS & Android). • Facilitate Design Sprints, ideation, and conceptualization workshops. • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma. • Ensure visual consistency and scalability through a robust design system. • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation. • Plan and execute user research, including in-person interviews and usability testing. • Translate insights into actionable design improvements. • Develop personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks based on real data. • Iterate quickly through prototypes and user validation cycles. • Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure experience excellence. • Advocate for user-centered thinking and elevate design quality across the product. • Contribute to the evolution of CUJU’s design system and cross-platform consistency. • Take ownership of the CUJU app experience, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, delightful, and purpose-driven.

• Lead the design and implementation of new Android features using Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMP) • Ensure high performance, clean architecture, and reusability across modules • Work closely with backend and computer vision teams to integrate AI-powered analytics, video features, and gamification elements • Maintain a strong focus on user experience, scalability, and code quality • Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features • Perform code reviews, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust testing coverage • Mentor developers and help evolve the mobile engineering standards within CUJU • Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions • Stay up to date with KMP, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android trends • Identify opportunities to improve app performance, reliability, and modularization • Actively participate in technical design discussions and contribute to CUJU’s technical roadmap
