• Review and upload field data from JotForm submissions to Monday.com daily. • Ensure data entries are complete, accurate, and properly labeled for tracking and reporting. • Assist the Project Manager with preparing client-facing summaries, PDFs, and supporting documentation. • Maintain well-organized digital records of all project documentation and field data. • Act as a liaison between field technicians and internal teams to ensure clear, timely data submissions. • Communicate with customers to request and collect missing data (e.g., KMZ files, central office addresses). • Serve as a liaison between Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and the engineering team. • Monitor and follow up on project timelines, revision requests, and approvals from permitting agencies. • Facilitate the submission of permit applications and track status updates to support proactive planning. • Regularly review Monday.com boards to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Ensure all project data aligns with internal standards and customer requirements. • Support operational teams by maintaining material trackers and assisting with administrative project tasks.

Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a remote position with minimal travel requirements. - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates - Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define candidate requirements - Create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles, with an emphasis on ethics and compliance - Maintain and update candidate information using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as ADP and Manatal - Provide insights on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for better candidate experience and process efficiency - Stay current with industry trends, particularly in corporate and ethics-related recruitment - Other duties as prescribed Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent, such as the GED, from an accredited educational institution - 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical roles - Other relevant experience may be considered - Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet tight deadlines - Demonstrated learning agility - Proven ability to take initiative with a focus on continuous improvement - Ability to travel for training or recruiting events <10% Requirements - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred) - SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR or Talent Acquisition certifications (preferred) - Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly recruiting or I&R (preferred) - Strong headhunting skills with extensive experience using professional networking tools (preferred) - Experience with ADP and Manatal (preferred) - Bilingual in English and Spanish or Russian (preferred) Benefits - Competitive base pay - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision package - 401(k) - Ongoing training and development - Opportunities for career growth and advancement - A dynamic and supportive work environment Company Description CS Contract Solutions, LLC. is a leading telecommunications vendor in the United States.
