Role Description CSafe is seeking a US Sales Director based in the Southeast territory to sell enterprise-wide solutions and join our world class sales team! This critical role will be responsible for: - Achieving revenue objectives. - Building brand value and market awareness and penetrating the market with Active and Passive products. - Developing and maintaining long-term relationships and business with new and existing customers. - Building relationships with partners’ sales teams to produce effective, strategic selling solutions. - Developing a structured sales plan to include the development and management of sales forecasts for assigned accounts. - Clarifying and qualifying opportunities; developing proposals and making formal presentations to potential clients. - Furthering CSafe value proposition and clearly communicating it in the target market with customers, prospects, and partners. - Maintaining and communicating market knowledge, e.g., changes in customer environment and competitive landscape. - Utilizing the CRM to record opportunities and manage them through the sales funnel process until they are closed as won. - Developing and managing new business pipelines and ensuring accurate quarterly and annual sales forecasting. - Managing existing key customer accounts and identifying opportunities for customer base expansion. - Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. - Developing market strategies with a balance of customer needs and company goals. - Providing competitive intelligence and market insights, particularly in Biologics and CGT markets. Qualifications - BS/BA degree is preferred, but candidates with extensive experience (15+ years) in the field will also be considered. - 6+ years of successful solutions business-to-business selling or industry experience; life sciences industry preferred at pharma services, airline, freight forwarding/logistics companies. - Experience in Pharmaceutical supply and services, Pharma CDMO, Biologics, Life Sciences, Packaging, Cold Chain Logistics, and Air Cargo areas desired. - Consistent and verifiable track record for achieving sales quotas and winning new customers. - Ability to build excellent relationships with customers and internal team members. - Outstanding written and oral communication. - Strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills. - Knowledge of complex sales tools such as “Strategic Selling.” - Goal oriented, highly enthusiastic, dedicated to excellence and biased toward action. Requirements - Domestic travel (50%+) with additional international travel. - Home office environment. - Must live within territory. Company Description An Equal Opportunity Employer.
