• Source, evaluate, screen, and recommend qualified candidates, with a focus on assessing overall “fit” through effective interviewing • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates • Research and recommend new sourcing channels and recruiting tools • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database through ongoing networking and outreach • Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience from initial contact through offer

• Provide strategic and operational financial leadership to CRCFO clients in the real estate sector • Engagements typically range from 0–30 hours per week, depending on client needs and project scope
