• Responsible for the marketing and sale of water treatment solutions to existing and prospective accounts in a variety of industries • Maintain existing customer base in accordance with current service level agreements • Work with the management team to establish selling strategies and tactics which result in new account business generation • Own and set account plans/goals/priorities for customers, both short and long-term • Manage and own the overall account relationship to customers, The company and is the 'face' of the company to the customer
• Collaborating with the Biotechnical Regional Manager to assist clients with process issues in wastewater treatment. • Support CRB Water Product Programs. • Collect samples and write reports. • Troubleshooting and optimizing biological treatment systems. • Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and clients. • Work independently with limited direction and in a team environment on specific wastewater treatment optimization projects. • Analyze data, provide technical reports, and set up logical experimental lab tests to be conducted by the CRB Water laboratory. • Maintain communication with clients, handle client issues, and identify, optimize, and troubleshoot clients' environmental remediation problems.
