Role Description - Lead end‑to‑end implementation delivery from contract award through go‑live, hypercare, and transition to steady‑state operations. - Develop, own, and maintain implementation project plans, schedules, and deliverables, coordinating resources across Operations, Technology, Sales, Finance, and external stakeholders. - Ensure implementation strategies are executed consistently across all participating regions, stations, and operational teams. - Identify, assess, and escalate risks related to scope, operational readiness, systems, financial exposure, and service performance; drive mitigation plans to resolution. - Oversee the creation, review, and governance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementation documentation to ensure operational compliance and knowledge transfer. - Partner with Technology and Solution Engineering teams to validate integration scope, reporting requirements, and system readiness aligned with contractual commitments. - Monitor implementation progress and performance through defined reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and project management tools; ensure accuracy and timeliness of updates. - Serve as the primary point of accountability for implementation issues and escalations, applying sound judgment to balance client expectations, operational capability, and commercial risk. - Lead post‑implementation reviews, including operational and financial performance assessments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain awareness of evolving tools, systems, and industry practices impacting implementation delivery. - Perform other related duties as required. Requirements - High School Diploma or GED required. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum 5 years of relevant international freight forwarding experience in operations, implementation, project management, or related disciplines. - Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or client implementations. - Prior leadership or cross‑functional coordination experience preferred. - Experience in U.S. Customs Brokerage is preferred. Role Description - Refine raw product ideas and user journeys into high-quality acceptance criteria for development teams, coordinating across engineering, customer success, quality assurance, and sales and marketing. - Partner with the leadership team to define and execute the feature roadmap for your product area. - Create wireframes and functional mockups for new features to communicate concepts to business and technical teams. - Market feature releases through external communication material and drive adoption. - Conduct customer interviews to gather direct feedback. - Analyze usage data to measure product utility and identify areas of focus. - Triage new feature ideas from customer engagement and from within the business. - Own a core product area end to end, leading planning efforts when other groups are involved. - Other duties as assigned. Role Description - Lead and manage safety, health, and quality management systems. - Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA (if applicable), and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. - Understanding of all U.S. State Regulatory QHS agencies and their respective requirements. - Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and 45001 program competencies and support certification activities. - Conduct internal audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective action tracking. - Support lead for incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. - Develop and deliver safety training programs. - Monitor KPI metrics including TRIR, LTIR, near misses, and corrective action closure rates. - Support emergency preparedness planning and business continuity plans and efforts. - Manage regulatory reporting, documentation retention, and compliance records. Qualifications - Bachelor's, associate degree and/ OR a Minimum of 5 years of experience managing occupational safety programs in general industry, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments. - Strategy and planning: must possess an ability to think ahead and plan over a 12–24-month time span as well as strong client orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Must possess knowledge and expertise in project/program management, budgeting, portfolio management methodologies, and tools. - ISO 45001 standard expertise. - Working knowledge of OSHA standards, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, PPE, ergonomics, heat illness prevention, industrial hygiene principles, and incident investigation methodologies. - Experience leading safety committees and behavior-based safety initiatives. - Experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance assessments. - Strong knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping requirements. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software systems. - Proficiency with AI, Jira, Origami and Alert Media programs. Requirements - Agile/Scrum project experience working within agile frameworks, creating actionable stories, and maintaining team velocity. - SQL or other programming language experience. - Experience with integration platforms (Boomi, Sterling Integrator, Informatica). - Experience managing client expectations in consulting or implementation environments. Certification & Licenses - Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP) preferred but not required.
