Role Description Teaching Assistants (TAs) play a critical role in supporting ~30 Learners (as part of a larger class) in Correlation One’s virtual training programs. TAs are required to attend all live lectures. During this time, TAs will be expected to provide both synchronous and asynchronous support to learners, ensuring their learning, comprehension, and retention of program content. A day in the life: - Based upon the location of the program, lecture time commitments will occur as follows: - July 9th - December 1st on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm CET / 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm GMT / 9:30 am - 11:30 am EST Expectations during live (synchronous) sessions: - Attend and proactively engage in the mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding. - Monitor appropriate Pumble channels for learner questions and answer them promptly. - Check in with learners to see if they have any questions or if there is anything that they need further clarity on. - Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time, when applicable. - Assist in keeping the session progressing should the Lead Instructor experience technical difficulty or be otherwise unable to deliver the lecture. Expectations during days of no live sessions: - Monitor appropriate Pumble channels for learner questions and answer them within 24 hours. - Foster discussion by posing questions of your own and sharing relevant links in appropriate Pumble channels. - Share any important information during a lecture that needs the attention of Correlation One staff or fellow Expert Network staff. - Review content materials (including lab, projects, extended cases, etc) for the next lecture to ensure you are prepared to answer learner questions. - Hold up to six (6) Individual Office Hours via Zoom with learners in the program so they can ask any additional questions or get support as necessary. - Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven (7) days of submission. - Support continuous program improvement by providing thoughtful feedback to the Correlation One team. - Submit weekly write-ups summarizing the week’s accomplishments and challenges, and provide insights on each learner. This is due by Sunday at 8:00 pm ET each week. - Attend and participate in the weekly staff meeting with the Correlation One team and other Expert Network staff. - Attend all scheduled meetings with your camera on, ensuring active engagement and professional presence. Qualifications - A desire to support students in expanding their careers in technical roles. - Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content. - Outstanding team and people management skills; exemplary written and verbal communication skills. - Ability and willingness to understand and use new learning and content management systems. - Prior mentorship or teaching experience at any level is a plus. Requirements - This is a remote position with the preference that the ideal candidate is willing to provide support in the Central European time zone. Compensation The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Role Description Lead Instructors play a key role in driving elements of Correlation One’s multiple training programs. They will train learners in Correlation One’s programs and work with company operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Their main focus as educators will be in larger format lectures, training anywhere from 30 to 300 learners, live, depending on the program. The ideal candidate will be an excellent educator with superior communication skills and a good sense for improving the Fellow experience. This person is a quick learner and diligent with their work. Candidates with demonstrated records in education and training, including successful tenures with other educational institutions or training programs, are preferred. Advanced credentials from top educational institutions are also preferred. Role Description Lead Instructors at Correlation One are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partnering with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Their main focus as educators is to conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 50 to 8,000+ diverse learners at a time, depending on the program. This role involves preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, collaborating with operations personnel, and contributing to the overall success of the program. Program Specific Information - Program dates: June 15 - October 9, 2026 - Lecture days/times: Mondays and Wednesdays; 9:30AM - 12:00PM ET / 2:30PM - 5:00PM BST Virtual Classroom Leadership - Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of learners. - Oversee the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow, and overall class energy and engagement dynamics. Collaboration - Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to schedules. - Be flexible in contributing to classes during weekdays and/or weekends, as program schedules vary. - Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement which may include tracking edits, suggestions, or changes to curriculum as needed. Expectations - Interact professionally with learners, Correlation One staff, additional contractors, and guest speakers, maintaining a high level of courtesy and respect. - Diligently and adequately prepare for lectures to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. - Be highly responsive and empathetic to learners, providing thoughtful answers and assistance throughout the lesson. - Adjust the lesson pace and presentation to meet the needs of diverse learners while also maintaining responsibility for timely delivery of the prepared content. - Exhibit an energy, pacing, and ability to make complex topics accessible and maintain strong learner engagement. - Communicate respectfully, recognizing that online or written communication may lack tone. - Maintain extra communicative contact with Correlation One personnel. - Foster a healthy learning environment by maintaining a positive attitude and promoting a culture of learning. - Contribute to course improvement by providing thoughtful and transparent feedback to the Correlation One team. Where you are This role is remote and can be located anywhere that is compatible with the British Summer Time (BST) time zone. Role Description The Career Success Coach (CSC) will play a key role in ensuring the success of learners in Correlation One’s world-class data training and jobs programs. The CSC will work alongside a team of Teaching Assistants and Correlation One program operations staff to provide professional development coaching support to a cohort of ~60 learners. Your contract begins one week prior to the program start date and concludes on the program end date. These Career Success Coaches will support our Amazon Machine Learning Data Associate program, launching in Q2 2026. Candidates must be fluent in German and English. The ideal candidate is: - Passionate about workforce development in the AI and machine learning ecosystem. - Motivated by helping learners build the skills needed for high-impact ML data associate roles within Germany’s growing tech and innovation sectors. - An empathetic, culturally aware communicator who understands the unique needs of learners entering technical fields. - A collaborative team player who enjoys developing and refining program strategies. - Highly organized with strong program and project management skills. Role Responsibilities - Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings [Up to 6hr / wk] - Offer 4-6 hours of office hours availability per week. - Share regular updates with PD team [1hr / wk] - Bi-weekly meetings [45min] - Learner engagement, interaction tracking, and job search progress [Up to 2hr / wk] - Providing resume and LinkedIn profile feedback [Average up to 2.5hr / wk] - Workshop Presentation [8hrs throughout contract] Qualifications - Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience. - 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in career development or coaching. - Outstanding, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills in English & German. - Experience developing trusting relationships and effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers. - Experience delivering career coaching in an entirely remote format. - Strong work ethic, ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision. - Proactive problem-solver, high attention to detail, and a quick learner. - High level of technical proficiency and comfortable adapting to new tools and technologies. - Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
