• Executes efficient and professional practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high performing talent ensuring service excellence, positive candidate experience, and timely results. • Implements and may develop, sourcing strategies contributing to proactive talent management using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods. • Engages in detailed job scope conversations during the intake meeting with the hiring manager and TA team to determine position specifications for assigned requisitions. • Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and interview support. • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process. • Develop a pool of qualified candidates, develop new channels of sourcing for our various locations. • Attend in-person and virtual job fairs in coordination with the TA team, HR, and Hiring Managers. • Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the Team. • Leverage the applicant tracking system to maximize quality and accuracy of applicant flow and drives timely review of applicants who have applied. • Works collaboratively with 3rd party vendors on recruitment searches for temporary roles. • Develops and provides accurate and regular reporting of sourcing activities and uses KPIs and trend analysis to proactively identify opportunities for service excellence. • Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements. • Other duties as assigned.
• Develops and executes strategic business development plans for assigned territories and business segments, driving revenue growth through the acquisition and expansion of business with large pharmaceutical, mid-sized pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies. • Builds and cultivates strong customer relationships, identifies new market opportunities, and leads new business development efforts to achieve commercial objectives. • Researches, identifies, and develops new preclinical and early phase development and manufacturing prospects from multiple sources including outbound leads from prospecting and inbound leads from the company website. • Represents Alcami by attending trade shows and conferences and maintaining active membership and participation in industry member groups and events. • Owns sales generation for Drug Product development and manufacturing within their region, as well as other services as required by the business, through the full sales process from prospect identification to close of business. • Includes lead generation, follow-up on proposal, terms and conditions/contracting and negotiations. • Maintains the customer relationship for assigned services; maintains and drives continuous improvement and communicates customer needs internally. • Collaborates internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. • Drives year-on-year growth of new business from existing and new accounts within their region. • Maintains accurate customer data and updates to the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce). • Assists in gathering market intelligence by reporting noteworthy information regarding customers, competitors, and the marketplace, internally. • Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and information internally. • Collaborates with Marketing to develop marketing campaigns and analyze inbound marketing data/trends to drive new business. • Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary A Proposal Writer (Technical Evaluations Specialist) drives results in a fast-paced environment by assessing requests for proposals (RFPs) received from our Sales and Business Development team or customers. Technical Evaluations Specialists demonstrate technical and scientific expertise for assigned business unit (Lab Services) to develop proposals, including associated costs. Technical Evaluations Specialists collaborate with Sales and Business Development, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations to provide technical guidance to customers. This includes direct customer interface. Technical Evaluations Specialists demonstrate a high level of independence. On-Site Expectations - 100% remote position. - 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Responsibilities - Performs technical evaluations of incoming RFPs and existing program extensions across Alcami capabilities for assigned business unit (Lab Services) including proposed scope of work, costing, and budgets with limited guidance from Management. - Compilates technical evaluation into appropriate templates and proposal generation. - Assesses with Operations and recommends Alcami capabilities to meet customer requirements as part of technical evaluations. - Represents technical operations in front of customers in support of project acquisition with Sales & Business Development and Project Management. - Attends customer site visits and presentations for new opportunities. - Performs data entry into the applicable CRM system. - Performs assigned tasks carefully and on schedule per supervisor instructions. - Adheres to all company SOPs and policies. - Identifies opportunities for process improvements. - Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field with 4+ years of industry experience. - Master’s degree or doctorate degree in scientific or engineering field with 2+ years of industry experience. - CDMO experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Knowledge of FDA regulations/ICH guidelines. - Knowledge of U.S. Drug Development process regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical industry. - Knowledge of activity costing, margins, and budgets. - Knowledge of scientific terminology and testing procedure requirements as related to area focus. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills. - Excellent customer service orientation. - Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to effectively manage competing priorities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. - Ability to gain proficiency working with a CRM. Prior CRM experience such as Salesforce.com preferred. - Demonstrated ability to understand the interdependencies of process chemistry, analytical development and manufacturing necessary to support specific assigned area(s). Travel Expectations - Up to 5% travel required. • Perform pre- and post-validation verification on test equipment • Perform calibrations incidental to validation including controllers, gauges, recorders, etc. • Create and execute validation protocols, procedures, and final reports; perform validation projects • Perform peer review of validation reports • Learn and execute troubleshooting strategies in the field • Independently manage technical writing and documentation aspects of validation reports • Write and work with clients to resolve deviations • Maintain records of pertinent information for the project including project costs reconciliation • Relay opinions or interpretations of results to customer • Train validation team members • Other duties as assigned.
