Role Description The Business Development Manager – Solar and Storage EPC is a senior, relationship‑driven role responsible for originating, positioning, and securing solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across the Desert Southwest and Western states. This individual will leverage deep industry experience, established developer and IPP relationships, and strong technical fluency to drive EPC opportunities through the pursuit and preconstruction phases. Role Description The EPC Estimator – Solar & BESS is responsible for supporting the pricing, scope review, and estimating efforts for utility‑scale solar and battery storage projects. Working closely with the Chief Estimator, this role focuses on detailed scope analysis and cost development related to EPC components, including fencing, racking, piling, balance of plant (BOP), and material procurement. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience estimating solar and BESS projects, understands how individual scopes impact overall EPC pricing, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced pursuit environment.
